Josh Lee
Founder & CEO
Driven by a passion for innovation and safety, I founded NAUTIC Technologies with the mission of transforming the diving industry. Leveraging over 14 years of operational experience as a Clearance Diver in the Royal Australian Navy, I aim to enhance diving safety and mission capabilities through cutting-edge solutions. My focus is on building adaptive, resilient teams and devices that can navigate complex challenges with precision and effectiveness.
Throughout my military career, I thrived in high-tempo environments, gaining the confidence and decision-making skills necessary to perform under pressure. Working in small teams with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I developed a unique ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and achieve mission-critical objectives. These experiences have shaped my leadership approach, which centres on innovation, adaptability, and team cohesion to drive success in any environment.
Robert Lee
Operations Manager
With 38 years of experience in the ADF sector, I have gained a deep understanding of engineering systems and developed a strong interest in innovation, sustainability, and the environment. My approach is centred on teamwork, finding solutions that create positive, meaningful outcomes while minimising unintended consequences.
I value humility, respect, and kindness, and I believe that people should always come before things. This philosophy underpins my vision for NAUTIC Technologies, a company committed to protecting people and enhancing safety. Staying grounded in the importance of community and meaningful connections, my work is driven by a commitment to contributing positively, with humility at the heart of everything I do.
